Non-Fat Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Non-fat plain yogurt
2 Egg whites
4 Medium bananas, mashed
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
1 2/3 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Mix sugar and yogurt. Add egg whites and beat 30 seconds. Add bananas, water, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 55 minutes.
